A native of Albania, Peter first worked for Gran Forno for years as their baker. He partnered with Jim Stork in 1997 to open Stork’s in Wilton Manors.
He acted as managing partner and pastry chef.
He is a very well respected man in the community and very generous.
His donations to many non for profits is beyond the pale.
Peter and his lovely wife Esmeralda took over the business from Jim Stork in 2007.
Storks is growing and expanding and he is very excited about being a part of the new Culinary District in Oakland Park.
He will be back at baking bread as in the Gran Forno days so look for some yummy baked goods coming soon from that location.
