A native of Eastern Europe, Rose has been in the kitchen all her life!
She was asked as a young girl to pitch in and help as he mom was sick and could not cook.
Rose thinks of the kitchen as “the center of the home” and her cooking certainly reflects that.
From Chicken Paprika, to Veggie Lasagna, to delicious Empanadas, her cuisine runs the gamut of many
cultures and dishes.
A stand out if her Chicken Parmigian which now, thanks to the Catering Department, is known from Boca Raton to Miami.
Rose worked for the Chacuterie in the library down town for 20 years and 5 years ago joined Stork’s.
Her soups and side dishes are very well received by the customers who frequent Stork’s.
She is also very excited about the growth that Stork’s is going through.
