Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless Stork’s must temporarily close, our cancellation policy will apply to any event for any reason. For custom cake and dessert orders, a 30% retainer fee will be required to save the date, with the remaining balance being charged on the date of your event. If cancellation of a custom order is made within 5 calendar days of your event date, the 30% retainer fee will not be refunded, and there could be a charge for the cost of any supplies purchased. If you wish to make any changes to your order, they must be made at least 7 days prior to your event date. Some changes may not be possible as we get closer to your event date. Any exceptions made to the cancellation and refund policy are at the discretion of Stork’s Café & Bakery.
